🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a wonderful experience at Indore Kitchen, thanks to the amazing service by Mr. Sandeep Turkar. He is extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. His warm attitude and dedication made my dining experience truly special. Sandeep not only provided excellent service but also ensured that every detail was taken care of with a smile. A big thank you to him for his outstanding hospitality—I highly recommend his service to anyone visiting the restaurant!

Marriott Indore Kitchen – Buffet Dinner Experience We recently visited Marriott Indore Kitchen for a buffet dinner. Since we arrived a bit early, the place was quite empty, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who inquired about our preferences. We started with soups and salads, followed by desserts and starters. Unfortunately, the variety in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The soup selection was also minimal. As the evening progressed and the place got crowded, the service took a hit—there was hardly anyone available to attend to us, which was unexpected from a brand like Marriott. The overall taste of the dishes was just okay, nothing particularly outstanding or memorable. That said, there were a couple of must-try items—the chicken soup and badam halwa stood out and were worth the visit. Other than that, there wasn’t much that excited us or left us craving for more. Overall, it was an average experience, falling short of expectations for a Marriott property. While the ambiance and initial service were good, the limited menu options and inconsistent service made it less than ideal.

Went for the lunch buffet. The staff was very polite and helpful. Food was okay-ish. Chilly paneer was below average, pasta and dahi chat were good. Non-veg starters were amazingly tasty. Main course had limited options. Taste was just fine. Nothing out of the box. Mixed review on desserts. Some were heavenly like baked yogurt & mango miso cake. Others were meh. I would suggest going if you a deal from dineout or something. Else not worth the price honestly.

22 June 2024: Marriott please read along. Visited to celebrate parents wedding anniversary. Dinner buffet experience: Welcome drink: kesar thandai: tasted bland and artificially flavored Chaat station: paanipuri were soggy and stale Tomato shorba: full of spices still didn’t taste good. Appetizers: paneer tikka: ok, cheese balls: ok, lotus root fried: hard and chewy. Appetizers were lukewarm. Vegetarian pizza: best taste among all options Entrees: jeera aaloo, dal makhni, shahi paneer, kofte, spinach and lauki curry. Food was average, nothing stood out. Bread: tandoori roti and naan were good. Dessert: see picture, we tried everything, only gulab jamun and cheese cake were good. Everything else tasted bland or stale, this was really disappointing. However, on chefs recommendation, we tried paan flavor ice cream which saved the night. The dinner buffet is not recommended for light hearted vegetarians, the meat items are not well separated from vegetarian dishes, the veg entrees were mediocre and there was a big chicken placed at the food counter which looked unappealing. People who do not like the sight of whole cooked bird will not appreciate that. The service was slow, the servers were nice though. It seemed like the kitchen staff was eating the food while cooking, I am not sure if this is considered good according to the code of conduct. Spent Rs.2000 per person, didn’t find a single reason to return.

We went there on dinner at 16th Aug,2025. Firstly , the girl who walked us in to the table was really inexperienced (Muskan was her name I guess) . We went there for the 3rd time ( 2nd time for dinner ). She was teaching us like we went for a buffet for the first time in our lives. The tone somewhat felt like instructing. And then lets come to the service. Felt like a ruined chaotic Macbeth play. No one had a clue of what they were upto. They were trying....and just trying and trying and trying. It was a CHAOS!! And then the food... From the welcome drink to a simple vanilla scoop , from unchewable paneer starters to dry chewy tawa rotis , felt like we paid 1700 bucks for just good beetroot kebabs. And special mention to soya chaap...its okay it didn't taste good...but it ruined my plate's odor. There wasn't a single good dessert. So don't expect that it will get better by the desserts. The person whom i went with did the same mistake. It gets worse as by now you have to honor the cheque. None of the staff asked for review...as they knew by themselves what fuss they had created!
