The restaurant has a classy and elegant vibe the ambience is truly impressive. The food is absolutely delicious; every dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented.
However, the service could definitely be improved. The staff, though polite, seemed a bit disorganized and took quite some time to follow up on requests. It slightly affected the overall experience, especially considering the high-end atmosphere the place projects.
Went there for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The place was not very busy. We ordered a vegetarian dumpling platter, four sushis, penne pasta in Alfredo sauce, and tiramisu. If you do not like mushrooms and are vegetarian, your dumpling options are quite limited. However, the wide variety of sushi and maki rolls more than make up for it.
As someone who has only eaten sushi overseas and was trying it in India for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The tiramisu was definitely the highlight of the meal. I would not call it an authentic tiramisu, but more of a tiramisu-inspired dessert.
The service could be better, as the staff was not very attentive and the food took quite a while to arrive despite only a few tables being occupied.
Had an absolutely incredible dinner at Yazu at The Dome. The view is stunning, but the food is the real star.
Sushi: Super fresh and beautifully made. You can taste the quality in every bite. The fish was top-notch.
Japanese Soup: The perfect starter. A really rich and authentic umami flavour that was so comforting.
Hotpot: So much fun and so delicious! The ingredients were all incredibly fresh, and the broth was amazing. A fantastic interactive meal to share with someone.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a special night out. If you love authentic Japanese food, you HAVE to try this place. Worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!
The dome structure itself creates a unique and spacious feel, and the overall decor contributes to a pleasant atmosphere for dining. It's a place where you can enjoy a good setting.
However, the food options appear to be somewhat limited. While the quality of the dishes available might be satisfactory, a broader range could certainly enhance the overall dining experience and cater to a wider variety of preferences.
The service provided seems to meet basic expectations, which is a positive. Yet, there's a sense that it falls short of truly connecting with the customers. A little more personal touch and proactive communication could go a long way in elevating customer satisfaction. Engaging with diners, offering recommendations, or simply checking in with genuine interest could make a significant difference.
