    Went in for a change and the guidance felt practical, not pushy. The hair spa felt soothing and the hair felt softer after. Staff communicated each step clearly and checked preferences before proceeding. Good attention to hygiene; it did not feel cluttered or messy. Good visibility from the road and easy to reach. The cost felt justified by the care and attention. The service felt steady and well paced from start to finish. Overall satisfied and it felt like fair value.

    Came in for a trim and ended up adding an extra service without delays. The manicure was tidy and the cuticles were handled carefully. They asked feedback during the service and adjusted accordingly. The floor and seating area were clean, even during busy hours. Good visibility from the road and easy to reach. Good balance between price and quality of service. The consultation felt collaborative, not like being rushed into a decision. Would recommend for reliable service and clean finishing.
